Leather Peeling Off Door Panel

The leather ish material that is on my door panels behind the door handles on the interior is peeling off.

Recently the leather on the driver s side door panel began peeling off. The ones that run horizontally and get wider toward the bottom when going to the front of the car. I have tried 3m spray a few times and they fall back off within the month. 5 tints all around dynomax race bullet in place of mid muffler hellcat spoiler plastidipped wheels and spoiler red painted brake calipers d2 racing pro series lowering springs spectre performance air intake.
