Jeep Key Fob Won Lock Doors

I replaced the battery but that don t fix the issue. There should be a release button or catch in the remote pressing which will pop out the spare key. The spare key will work fine. Vehicles have a physical key for locking and unlocking the door.

We changed batteries in both fobs and disconnected the battery to reset. The only other thing is it usually says that the key is in ignition even when its been removed. Then the tps tire pressure sensor warning light came on said both rear tire were flat. The key that has been in the ignition will not lock doors or unlock.
